scale flakes are pipes

"scale flakes are pipes" will be performed by an unstable assembly. They are investigating and stretching the time of becoming, of fusion and of being gathered.
That liminal moment — right before the first hydrogen nuclei manage to fuse — the “almost” of starlife. They lean onto dissonance as a life force and navigate its effective and sonic spectrum. They use dance as a fantasy landscape to practice living. Dancing for them is a real-life situation.

Plain language
This piece is performed by a shifting group of people. Together, they explore what it means to come together, to change, and to become something new.
They work with dissonance, treating it as an energy to live by, and move through its sounds and effects.
For them, dance is both imagination and reality — a way to practice living.
