In the fifth talk in the series “Unversehrtheit: Conversations on the Integrities of the Body”, philosopher Dr Mirjam Schaub and artist Janez Janša talk about aesthetic, symbolic and performative framings and frame breaks, in which the integrity of the body is negotiated within the aesthetic realm. Looking between arts and reality, they will question the roles and responsibilities of both artists and audiences when it comes to creating images and experiences of vulnerability and humiliation that transcend stereotypes and moral assumptions.
